Barrier Bags   We manufacture various types of barrier bags for particular requirements. Our bags are used for vapor protection, electromagnetic protection, radioactive fields, and vapor corrosion inhibiting protection.

Military Specification Flexible Barrier Materials and Pouches    Our extensive experience n the field of military packaging gives us the knowledge to help our customers properly protect their products against oil, grease, water, water vapor and other corrosion causing substances.

Where applicable, all material can be converted to meet Mil-B-117

  • All material avaiable in rollstock, tubing and pouch form.

CP STAT 100   CP STAT 100™ is the highest quality, but most economically priced static shielding bag available. With 40% light transparency, it allows for easy identification of the IC's and PCB's CP STAT100™ is designed to protect. Over 50 stock sizes in flat and zipper are avaiable.

  • Ideal for packaging of PCB's and IC's.
  • Extremely durable buried metal construction gives Faraday Cage performance needed to shield against static charges.
  • Available with static dissipative ziper closure, as an alternative to ESD warning labels.
  • Meets the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D TY. III, CL. I and EIA 541.
  • Contains no amines or amides, is N-Octamoic acid free and is polycarbonate compatible.
  • Custom 6-color printing and hot stamping are available.
  • Side gusset, bottom gusset and T-Seal bag configurations.

CAL DRY100™   CAL DRY 100™ is the most cost-effective product for the protection of moisture and ESD sensitive components. CAL DRY 100™ replaces costly nylon/foil laminates with a 3.6 mil multi-layer composition. Featuring a low MVTR, it is also available to meet MIL-PRF-81705D TY. I CL. I.

  • Good Moisture barrier
  • Light weight and puncture resistant: Easily conforms to the shape of products during vacuum packaging.
  • For packaging of SMD's in trays, tape and reel, chip rails, and disk caddies.
  • Static dissipative inner and outer surfaces.
  • Available in class 100 clean.
  • Meets the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D TY. I and EIA 541 and EIA 583.
  • Date and lot coded for traceability.
